Proposed founding nonviolence charter v0.1

Lawful, nonviolent action and respect for human dignity are the basis for participation.

1. NO VIOLENCE OR THREATS
Reject violence, incitement, intimidation, weapon procurement, and retaliation.
Pursue accountability through lawful civic, research, and legal channels.

2. NO HARASSMENT OR EXPOSURE
Do not enable doxxing, targeted harassment, or publication of private addresses
and real-time personal locations. Protect participants from unnecessary exposure.

3. PEOPLE RETAIN THEIR RIGHTS
Respect human dignity, fair process, and the presumption of innocence.
A claim, database entry, or technical assessment is not a determination of guilt.

4. ONE STANDARD FOR EVERY ACTOR
Apply the same evidentiary standards across nationality, religion, political
affiliation, institutional power, and identity. Reject collective blame.

5. PROTECTION BEFORE PUBLICATION
Minimise information collection and exposure. Consider risks to sources,
witnesses, affected people, contributors, and communities before any future release.

6. BE OPEN TO CORRECTION
Keep uncertainty visible. Preserve contradictory information, challenge
assumptions, acknowledge mistakes, and develop a documented correction process.

STATUS
This proposed charter still needs formal adoption and clear enforcement
procedures. Governance arrangements and independent oversight are not yet established.
The prototype uses synthetic files only and does not accept evidence submissions.
