Expertise contributions; synthetic-only development

PURPOSE
Help develop careful methods and tools for lawful, nonviolent accountability.
Contributions should be bounded, reviewable, actor-neutral, and protective of people.

POSSIBLE FIRST CONTRIBUTIONS
Security/privacy: a prioritised threat model or source-protection review using synthetic examples.
Law/due process: review terminology, attribution, and safeguards against treating allegations as findings.
Research/verification: a repeatable checklist covering provenance gaps and competing explanations.
Software engineering: a bounded improvement to preservation, permissions, or auditing with acceptance criteria.
Governance/safeguarding: review the proposed charter, conflicts policy, correction process, or readiness criteria.
Accessibility/translation: improve the clarity, accessibility, or translation of public methods.

- Your area of expertise. Share only what is needed for an initial conversation.
- One proposed contribution and the result it would produce.
- Your availability and any relevant public work you choose to share.
- Any conflict of interest relevant to the proposed work.

Do not send case files, witness identities, confidential information, or sensitive attachments.

WORKING PRINCIPLES
Follow the proposed nonviolence charter. Preserve uncertainty and contradictory information.
Do not claim institutional endorsement or legal findings on behalf of the project.
Use invented records for development and testing. Publication requires explicit agreement.

PROJECT STATUS
The local prototype has demonstrated synthetic ingestion and authenticated case access.
65 automated tests and 27 acceptance checks passed in the latest local sprint.
These results are not production assurance. Governance and source-protection arrangements
still need to be established before real material can be accepted.
